Seo Advantage is a service sold and supplied on the Terms and Conditions of commerce as follows; except.

A - Definitions
B - "Service Provider" means Seo Advantage
C - "Client or customer" means the company, corporation or person to which or to whom this or any documents are addressed.
D - "Services" mean search engine optimisation services (SEO), website development, consulting and advice of any kind related to this website, the internet and internet marketing, video creation supplied by the Service Provider to the Client/Customer. Also included but not limited to, HTML code changes, website analysis and critiques.
At times there may be third parties used to complete specialized work related to search engine optimization, web development and or alteration of a client’s website/websites or any other service provided by SEO Advantage. Any other services are a creation and publication of content for third parties, creation of websites and website content, creation of blogs, progress reporting, landing pages, and managing the account on the behalf of Client.

TWO

A - The terms of Seo Advantage form part of a contract or quotation to which a client is bound. Any and all Services supplied are subject to these terms.
B - If the requirements of any customer are changed after the agreement is signed they will incur additional charges on top of the original agreement.
1. The privacy and confidentiality of the customers will be respected at all times by Seo Advantage.
• The customers will preserve the publishing rights to the document developed and reviewed by Seo Advantage in regards to web site content.
• Seo Advantage shall not be held responsible for liability of any document harm resulting from material use or the client’s changes. Seo Advantage shall not be bound by any liabilities or guarantees that do not form part of this agreement.
• Seo Advantage owns and operates this website. You are not allowed to copy, modify, upload, reproduce, transmit, post, or distribute any material, in any form from this site at any time.
• This web site may be updated, modified, or amended by Seo Advantage without prior notice, at any time.
• The customer is bound by these terms and conditions during the use of services supplied by Seo Advantage and some services after a contract has expired.

In the terms of any contract/agreement there will be a specific date that funds must be paid by. Failure to pay funds on the correct date can incur a late payment fee of 11% per every 7 days from the day the payment is late commencing at the first day being at 11%. It is important fees are paid on-time both for you as the client, also for us at SEO Advantage so we can continue in business. Late payments may see a cease of work thus affecting your search engine rankings. Any work for a client that is put on hold due to a lack of timely payment or payments can affect the results in the original agreement. Should a payment not be made on-time and a payment not be made to SEO Advantage then all responsibility of the contract from SEO Advantage is immediately terminated even if the work re-commences.

Website development payment terms are as follows:
Any web development from point of agreement will be a 50% deposit up front of the full investment price stated on the agreement form with the remainder to be paid within 48 hours of the completion of the website. Failure to complete a payment will incur an 11% interest commencing from the end of the 48 hour grace period and a further 11% to be added after every 7 days. Any alterations outside of the original agreement will incur an additional charge for consulting time, time invested by seo advantage over the phone or in person plus any additional work that is required at no less than $110 per hour.

At any seminar, should there be any prises or giveaway of any kind there will only be one rather than one for every person. This means there will be only one person who may receive a gift or prize should there be a prize or an offer. Also at any seminar there is no refunds of any kind and you are not permitted to share any links, information or details of the day with any other party who is not there on the day and in the room with us. Should you pay for a seminar and change your mind there will not be a refund, rather I will take the time to talk with you personally and give you up to two hours of my time to help you one on one over the phone. Please do not invest or pay for any seminar unless you are sure you would like to attend as there is only a forty eight hour cooling off period from the time you pay your fee.

Any changes to Google's algorithm can alter the agreement a client may have signed with SEO Advantage. Should a Google algorithm change significantly enough to prevent your raise in rankings or any form of failure in the search engines SEO Advantage will make every possible attempt to work with the client and Google to assist in ranking the clients website high in the search engines but will not be responsible for Google making changes as such changes are out of the hands of SEO Advantage. Should Google ever create an algorithm that is not within reach on standard or even advanced SEO (search engine optimisation) practises then it is an agreement by the client with SEO Advantage that SEO Advantage will not be held responsible or obliged to refund or pay any fees relating to such an event. Just as rules and laws change we are also subject to Google's algorithm changes when ranking a website in their search engine. All principles mentioned on this page relate across the bord with every search engine, not just Google.

Relating to video creation, any and all payments must be made in full before the complete video is delivered. A one half payment is required up front followed by the remainder before the video is handed over in either raw html code or as a video file.

Should any agreements be broken the client is liable to pay the closing amount for the month in progress on any service or services provided by SEO Advantage.
